With a foundation in education and more than 15 years of senior leadership experience, Suzie has a clear talent for helping people access meaningful, lasting change. She brings equal parts insight, strategy, humanity to every client-led coaching engagement.
Across her career—as a General Manager, senior leader, and lifelong champion of learning and development—Suzie has worked in the UK, Canada, and across sectors that include education, non-profit, and global service. This breadth gives her a uniquely rounded vantage point: she understands how people think, how organizations move, and where the two meet to create genuine progress.
A licensed Motivational Map® practitioner and executive coach, Suzie begins each partnership with a Motivational Map® assessment. Through thoughtful interpretation and candid conversation, she helps clients understand what truly drives them.
Originally from Scotland, Suzie moved to Vancouver Island seven years ago and now proudly calls Canada home. Beyond her work, she’s a mum, a wife, and a dedicated dog-parent to two lively cockapoos. When she’s not coaching leaders, she’s exploring the outdoors with her family, experimenting in the kitchen, or tucked into a favourite corner with a good book—ideally with a dog (or two) vying for space.

Suzie uses your 16-page personalized report as a foundation for coaching, helping you understand your motivators, improve emotional intelligence, and optimize your workflow and leadership style. Motivational Maps® are a great tool for individuals and also very powerful in a team map format.

Each 60-minute session is confidential, collaborative, and tailored to your goals. All sessions are client-led, allowing you to explore your current challenges, identify your own unique opportunities and develop clear individualized strategies. Sessions blend reflection, practical tools, and action planning to ensure meaningful, lasting change.

Suzie offers both formats. Sessions can take place online via video call or in person on Vancouver Island, depending on the package and your preference.

Engagements vary. You can choose a single Spotlight session, a three-session Elevate Performance package, or a 12-session Accelerate Performance Deep Dive. These packages provide a guide for engagement length. Your coaching package can be customized in length and tailored to your unique circumstances.
